3. User Accounts 3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and current
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Types

We offer different account types including Student, Instructor, and Administrator accounts. Each account type has specific privileges and responsibilities as defined by our platform.

3.3 Age Requirements

Users under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent to use our platform. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the platform.

4. Course Enrollment and Access 4.1 Course Purchase

When you purchase a course:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content

• Prices are subject to change without notice for future purchases

4.2 Free Courses

4.3 Subscription Services

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

All content on LearnOrbits, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, course materials, and software, is the property of LearnOrbits or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 OrbitMath Levels™

OrbitMath Levels™ is a proprietary educational methodology and trademark of LearnOrbits. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this program is strictly prohibited.

7.3 User Content

By submitting content to our platform (comments, reviews, assignments), you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform
• Represent that you have the right to submit such content
• Agree that we may remove content that violates these Terms

8. Instructor Terms

If you are an instructor on our platform:

• You represent that you have the expertise and qualifications to teach your courses
• You own or have rights to all content you upload
• You agree to our revenue sharing and payout terms as specified in your instructor agreement
• You are responsible for responding to student inquiries in a timely manner
• You agree to maintain the quality and accuracy of your course content

9. Live Classes and Video Conferencing

When participating in live classes:

• You agree to behave professionally and respectfully
• Recording of sessions requires explicit permission from the instructor
• You are responsible for ensuring a suitable learning environment
• Technical requirements (stable internet, compatible device) are your responsibility
• We integrate with third-party services (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.) which have their own terms of service

10. Certificates

Certificates issued by LearnOrbits:

• Are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements
• Represent completion of the specific course on our platform
• Are not accredited academic credentials unless specifically stated
• May be verified through our platform
• Should not be altered or falsified

11. Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services including:

• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay)
• Video conferencing (Google Meet, Zoom, BigBlueButton, Jitsi)
• Social login providers (Google, Facebook)
• Analytics and marketing tools

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

12. Disclaimers 12.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
